First Aid Courses throughout the South West
DDS First Aid Training offers a variety of courses and can customise these to client’s requirements. Our courses are delivered by a professional, experienced and qualified trainer with a background in emergency and medical care. David is a Paramedic (HCPC registered) and is able to relate the teaching to real life situations.
We think DDS First Aid Training can go that one step further for our clients. Having the medical and emergency background we are able to cater for our clients by advising on any modules and extra training your business may wish for its employees. Examples are anaphylaxis, diabetes, spinal immobilisation or outdoor education based training. If you have an AED, training can be given on this valuable lifesaving piece of equipment. We will advise on drug protocols for the medical courses we offer.
We offer courses to both residential and nursing care homes, caring agencies and supported living, commercial, hospitality and the leisure industry, nurseries, schools and dental practices. Depending on numbers of clients to receive training we are happy to discuss an individual price for groups of six or more on most of our courses. We are more than happy to deliver onsite at your premises; it saves your staff travelling and is in familiar surroundings.
We do believe the training to be high quality, relevant and delivered in a friendly way by an experienced paramedic with over 39 years of real practical knowledge in first aid.
Where applicable courses meet the necessary requirements of various regulatory bodies. DDS First Aid Training firmly believes first aid training is best learnt by face to face practical training.
Our aim is to offer honest and impartial advice to anyone enquiring about our courses and will always try and ensure the right course is recommended at all times. The Health and Safety Executive no longer approve first aid providers and a lot of so called trainers deliver first aid courses.
